Collator machine

The collator machine application or continuous application requires a dispensing system capable of dynamically adapting to variations in line speed. Thanks to the use of the LMZR control panel, it is possible to precisely program an interruption of the glue line (jump), synchronizing them with the cutting and/or folding phases of the web, thereby ensuring accurate and precise application.

In the collator machine, system activation is triggered by a sensor positioned near the cylinder, while the diaphragm pump unit completes the system by providing a constant and reliable flow rate, making it ideal for the use of low-viscosity adhesives.
