Microprocessor control EMZ02
EMZ02 is a new generation microprocessor control developed to optimally manage different types of valve control applications. Building on the feedback received on its predecessor, the LMZ02, features and performance have been enhanced.
The microprocessor control can store up to 100 different glue programs and can manage up to two independent valves (channels), each of which can perform four or eight different glue patterns, either in lines or dots.
EMZ02 provides the ability to manage the signal to control both original Zator valves and generic cold and/or hot-melt valves. In addition, it features a dedicated analog output that, when connected to a proportional valve, allows for precise modulation of the fluid output pressure based on process speed.
The control can be used with two dispensing modes:
- Encoder mode: programming in mm or inches
- Timer mode: Time-based programming (ms)
