The Zator range is enhanced with two new solutions designed for high-frequency precision industrial applications: VH2 SPL 30 and VH2 SPL 100.
Two electromagnetic coating valves developed on the VH2 platform, designed to meet different application requirements but with the same operating principles: to ensure controlled delivery, repeatable dosing and operational continuity in industrial processes.
VH2 SPL 30
maximum precision on short strokes
The VH2 SPL 30 is a 30 mm electromagnetic coating valve designed for applications requiring short stroke coating.
Derived from the VH2 model, it ensures fast response and high cycle frequency, making it ideal for high-productivity automated lines.
Made entirely of stainless steel, it can be easily integrated even in small spaces.
It is equipped with:
- Head with 30 mm coating lips, with a useful coating width of 25 mm
- Micrometric adjustment to precisely set the amount of glue dispensed
- Coils available in 6 or 24 volts, to ensure flexibility of integration
- Fully electromagnetic drive, eliminating the need for compressed air and ensuring high cycles and repeatability of dosing
VH2 SPL 100
wide coverage, stability and uniformity
The VH2 SPL 100 represents the evolution of the VH2 platform for applications requiring coating width with uniform product distribution.
Designed to guarantee excellent performance over short distances at high speed, it incorporates a double valve configuration assembled in a single compact and reinforced block, ensuring stable and constant delivery across the entire working width, even under high productivity conditions.
Made entirely of stainless steel, it consists of:
- Material block and spreading block firmly coupled
- 6 or 24 Volt coils available for flexible integration
- Compact, reinforced architecture designed for mechanical strength and reliability
The head is equipped with:
- 110 mm coating lips, with a useful coating width of 100 mm
- Micrometric adjustment to precisely set the amount of glue dispensed
- Coils available in 6 or 24 Volt versions to ensure integration flexibility
- Fully electromagnetic drive, eliminating the need for compressed air and ensuring controlled spreading and repeatable dosing
