The industrial process for Zator products begins with a careful analysis of customer needs. This phase is crucial to fully understand the specific requirements of the application and to gather all the technical information necessary to develop the optimal solution.
In this phase, our experts will work closely with the customer to:
1. Clear the application objectives
2. Identify technical needs
3. Understand the characteristics of the materials to be bonded
4. Collect any technical specifications required by the customer
2. Technical Assessment and Solution
In this phase of the industrial process, it will be evaluated whether to propose a product already present in the catalog or whether it is necessary to develop a customized product.
If the application requires the use of particular fluids, specific tests will be carried out to ensure the compatibility of the product with the materials and working conditions.
3A. CATALOG PRODUCT
If the recommended product is in the catalog, proceed with making an offer to the customer.
3B. CUSTOMIZED PRODUCT
If a customized product is required, the process will continue with the personalization of the product according to the specific needs of the customer.
3B.1 DESIGN
During this phase, the product is customized to meet all the customer’s needs.
3B.2 COST AND TIMING CALCULATION AND OFFER TO THE CUSTOMER
Once the design phase is complete, the costs and timescales for the production of the product will be calculated. On the basis of this information, a detailed offer will be sent to the customer.
3B.3 PRODUCTION
Once the customer accepts the offer, the customized production of the requested product begins internally.
4. ASSEMBLY
The mechanical and electronic components of the product are assembled with the utmost care and precision by highly qualified personnel.
5. PRODUCT TESTING AND APPROVAL
This is a very important phase of the industrial process: each product is subjected to rigorous testing and approval to verify its correct functioning and compliance with technical specifications.
6a. SHIPPING TO THE CUSTOMER
After successfully passing the tests, the product is packaged and shipped to the customer, who takes care of the installation.
6b. CUSTOMER INSTALLATION
Upon request, Zator can provide an on-site product installation service. Our expert technicians will take care of all aspects of the installation, ensuring a quick and accurate job and setting up the product for the first use alongside authorized personnel from the customer’s company.
