Gluing system for corrugated cardboard
Folding-gluing is the process that include folding and gluing of corrugated carton or paper to obtain the final product shape.
The machine fold and glue quickly, with lines or dots, corrugated of carton or paper.
All the gluing process can be automated using a microprocessor control and can be sped up through Zator electromagnetic valves.
PRODUCTS SUITABLE FOR THE PAPER AND CONVERTING MARKET
The VH2 is an electromagnetic valve particularly suitable for the use in the paper and packaging industry, ensuring optimal performance: matched to LMZ microprocessor control and piston pump, is able to make a complete gluing system.
Is a new evolution of the previous electromagnetic valves. More performing, accurate and strong. This new development optimize the electromagnetic properties. The coil is now the structural part of the valve and can also be mounted on previous valves ensuring the performance upgrade without replacing the complete valve.
Remote panel control with Touch Screen display for 8 independent channel. Flexible and adaptable installation with power box separated from the control panel.
You can configurate the control in packaging or collator version and can store up to 50 different gluing pattern programs.
Glue feed unit with pneumatic piston pump 5:1 ratio equipped with: suction pipe with filter and bottom valve, 5:1 automatic stainless steel pressure regulator, proportional valve, stainless steel filter/pulsation dampener which has the double function to drop the pulsations of the pump and filter any impurities contained into the aspirated fluid.
Our production chain is based on the most uncompromised MADE IN ITALY philosophy: raw materials are selected carefully, tested components are checked and tested, latest generation machinery come from world’s best manufacturers (swiss, german, japanese), equipment and tools precision are suitable to the more specific uses. Nothing is left to improvisation or approximation.
All the details are verified on test benches before being assembled and shipped. We never want to give up to quality… And you?
