APPLICATION TRAYFORMER – The main function of a trayforming machine is, as its name indicates, to form and fold a carton giving his final shape to be used as a cardboard box or a tray.
All the gluing process can be automated using a microprocessor control and can be sped up through Zator electromagnetic valves.

The DLK22 is an electromagnetic valve particularly suitable for the use in the paper and packaging industry, ensuring optimal performance: matched to LMZ microprocessor control and piston pump, is able to make a complete gluing system. It’s a prefect solution for trayformer application.

It’s an high-speed dispenser of low and medium viscosity glues, adhesives and fluids (max 2500 mPas). It can be dispense glue dots or glue lines. It is controlled by a Zator’s microprocessor control or by an instrument of external control after testing and approval of Zator company.

Remote panel control with Touch Screen display for 8 independent channel. Flexible and adaptable installation with power box separated from the control panel.
You can configurate the control in packaging or collator version and can store up to 50 different gluing pattern programs.

Glue feed unit with pneumatic piston pump 5:1 ratio equipped with: suction pipe with filter and bottom valve, 5:1 manual stainless steel pressure regulator, stainless steel filter/pulsation dampener which has the double function to drop the pulsations of the pump and filter any possible impurities contained into the aspirated fluid.
