The electromagnetic coating valve VH2 SPL 100 represents the evolution of the VH2 platform for applications requiring a greater coating width with uniform product distribution.
Designed to ensure excellent performance on short beads at high speeds, it integrates a dual-valve configuration assembled in a single compact and reinforced block, ensuring stable and constant dispensing across the entire useful width, even under high-productivity conditions.
Manufactured entirely in stainless steel, it is composed of:
• Material block and coating block solidly coupled
• Coils available in 6 or 24 Volts, to guarantee integration flexibility
• Compact and reinforced architecture, designed to offer mechanical robustness and reliability
The head is equipped with:
• 110 mm coating lips, with a useful coating width of 100 mm
• Micrometric adjustment to precisely set the quantity of product dispensed
• Coils available in 6 or 24 Volts, to guarantee integration flexibility
Electromagnetic coating valve VH2 SPL 100 has fully electromagnetic actuation, which eliminates the need for compressed air, ensuring controlled coating and dosing repeatability
